2. Products & Availability

  • We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours, sizes, and packaging may vary slightly.

  • Product availability is subject to stock. If an item is out of stock after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or alternative.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • We accept payments via [insert accepted payment methods – e.g. EFT, credit/debit cards, PayFast, etc.].

  • Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

  • We offer Standard Delivery (5–7 business days) and Express Delivery (3–5 business days).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, or extreme weather).

  • Deliveries are made to physical addresses only within South Africa.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Certain products (e.g., pacifiers, feeding items, personal care products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the NuNest website (logos, images, text, designs, product descriptions, etc.) is the intellectual property of NuNest and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • NuNest will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Privacy & Security

  • Your personal information is handled in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

  • We will never share your details with third parties except where necessary to process and deliver your order.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved under South African jurisdiction.
