1. How long does delivery take?
We offer two delivery options:

Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days

Express Delivery: 3–5 business days
(Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)
2. Do you deliver anywhere in South Africa?
Yes! We deliver nationwide to all major cities and towns. Please note that we deliver to physical addresses only (no P.O. Boxes).
3. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery option. Occasionally, we run free delivery promotions – keep an eye out!
4. Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package.
5. What is your return/refund policy?

You can return most items within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days once we’ve received and inspected the item.

Some products (like pacifiers, feeding items, and personal care products) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. Who pays for return shipping?
If you are returning an item due to change of mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, NuNest covers the return shipping.
8. Do you offer exchanges?
Yes – we offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.
