You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging (including tags, boxes, or seals if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Pacifiers, teething toys, and feeding products

Personal care items (lotions, creams, bath products, etc.)

Opened diapers and wipes

Clearance or sale items (unless defective)
Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

Standard delivery times will apply for exchanged items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product.
